ROMA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

 

Based

1 sachet of salad mix

 

Garnish

- Tomato cut into pieces

- Provencal Olive

- Dried tomato from Italy

- Feta with Provencal herb

Seed

- Sunflower seed

 

* sauce: Olive oil + 1 pinch of coarse salt

STEP 1 :

Pour the two pots of plain yogurt into your bowl

 

2ND STEP :

Add the muesli cereal, chia seeds, cut bananas, almonds, blueberries, sunflower seeds, grannie apples.

 

(Little tip: Start by garnishing your bowl on one side only)

A simple and quick recipe. Accompany it with grilled wing toast and olive oil! YUMMY and GOOD APPETITO!
