- 2 Natural yogurt pots
- Grannie apple
- Bjiorg muesli cereal with red fruit
- Chia seed
- Sunflower seed
* Honey or maple syrup for gourmets! 😋
STEP 1 :
Pour the two pots of plain yogurt into your bowl
2ND STEP :
Add the muesli cereal, chia seeds, cut bananas, almonds, blueberries, sunflower seeds, grannie apples.
(Little tip: Start by garnishing your bowl on one side only)

This breakfast is easy and quick to make in the morning. In general, I prepare this type of breakfast when I have time, because I often run against the clock! I always take squeezed grapefruit juice and a coffee to boost me in the morning!
